Black Side Down!

Summer is officially here and the rivers are pumping! We took a trip up to the Poudre River to have some paddling fun. To our surprise, it was over 4' on the gauge which definitely kept us on our toes! After watching a handful of boats come through Pine View Falls, we opted to do the lower run, and although it was a bit short, we still had a great time, and an even better sandwich at the Pickle Barrel! The Funky Punky and Lucy's Delight are worth the drive alone! Until next time....paddle forward! (6/16/07)
